Release 3.6 is all about the Personal Dashboard – new features have been added to make working with personalized data and processes even more convenient.
A dedicated file upload field has been introduced to the Form Builder. The Notification Center now offers two handy features: Silent Mode and notifications for Checklist items.
Task Center has been optimized for faster performance when handling large volumes of data.
And the Knowledge Base is now more user-friendly when working with long lists of categories and links.
Silent Mode for the Notification Center
-
What’s new?
The Notification Center now allows each user to customize their notification preferences: you can enable or disable push notifications or activate Silent Mode for all notifications.
-
How does it work?
In the Notification Center, simply click the settings icon to open the configuration panel. In this release, you have two options:
- Enable/disable quick notifications (push notifications),
- Enable/disable all notifications (activate Silent Mode).
-
Why is it useful?
This feature allows every user to tailor the Notification Center to their individual needs – and adjust the settings as often as necessary.
Silent Mode is designed to support deep focus by temporarily muting notifications that could cause distractions.
And the ability to configure notifications independently means you no longer need to contact the system administrator – everything can be adjusted right from the interface.
Notification and Push Notification for Assigned Checklist Items
-
What’s new?
To ensure timely responses to assigned tasks – regardless of their type – a notification and push notification have been added for even the smallest task unit: the Checklist item.
-
How does it work?
When a Checklist item (a small task within a regular task) is assigned to a user, they receive a push notification (displayed in the top-right corner of the portal page) and a notification in the Notification Center (a notification card that can be marked as read or left active to return to later).
-
Why is it useful?
These notifications help Personal Dashboard users stay informed about all important tasks and respond to them promptly.
There’s no need to constantly review the task list – the Notification Center keeps users updated in real time.
Task Center Performance Boost for Large Data Volumes
-
What’s new?
For the Extended version of the Task Center, performance improvements have been implemented to speed up the loading of large task lists on the page. The time needed to open the task tree – including tasks with the maximum number of sub-levels and fully populated “Checklist” and “Extended Comments” blocks – has been significantly reduced.
This update is especially useful for companies that handle a high volume of daily operational tasks, process administrators who work with large task flows, and other users who value speed and flexibility.
-
How does it work?
The visual interface of the Task Center remains unchanged. To experience the improvement, users simply continue performing their usual actions: switching between tabs, opening tasks, subtasks, Checklist items, and so on.
-
Why is it useful?
System performance directly impacts convenience and efficiency.
With this update, users will now be able to handle large task volumes just as quickly and smoothly as smaller ones.
Dedicated File Upload Field Added to Process Forms in the Form Builder
-
What’s new?
Every form created in the Form Builder now automatically includes an “Attachments” field.
This field allows users to upload files while filling out the form, and to delete or replace attached files even after the form has been submitted.
-
How does it work?
Simply open the Form Builder, create a new form or preview an existing one – you’ll see the “Attachments” field at the bottom, next to the action buttons.
There’s no need to manually add this field to each form – the system does it automatically.
-
Why is it useful?
The addition of the “Attachments” field significantly expands the use cases for forms created in the product’s Form Builder.
Now, when launching any process, users can attach supporting files for added context and detail. And when using Power Automate flows for process automation, these files can be transferred from the process form directly into related tasks.
Less manual effort – more automation.
Improved Workspace in the Knowledge Base
-
What’s new?
The system’s behavior for loading categories, subcategories, and links in all Knowledge Base sections has been updated.
Instead of manually switching between pages, users can now simply scroll – the system will automatically load the next set of categories.
-
How does it work?
Just open any section of the Knowledge Base and start scrolling down the page. You’ll see new data appear automatically – no need to click through pagination.
-
Why is it useful?
This update allows users to view more categories and data at once, speeding up the search for relevant information and providing an overall smoother experience when working with the system.
